As a highly innovative software developing entrepreneur, Andrew Hagar prides himself at be a versatile entrepreneur with exceptional people skills. Hagar earned his degree in business from Auburn University and also holds a film degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Andrew is best known as a world class blueberry grower and owner of Hagarberry Farm, whose mission is to grow the highest quality blueberries utilizing sustainable management practices and state-of-the-art technology for water conservation and crop management.
Hagarberry Farm grows some of the sweetest and bountiful blueberry crops in the South. Along with growing berries, Andrew is also the founder of Hagar Financial, an investment firm concentrating on insurance-based annuities and mutual funds.
ROBERT WALDEN II
Robert Walden II is an innovative, successful business leader and senior partner in Sugarman Industries LLC. In addition to his leadership in the minerals industry, Walden II is a multi-talented BMI musician/songwriter, has been a professional fisherman on the Ranger-Mercury Bass Pro Team in 1998- 1999 and comes from an amazing sports family. His father, Bobby Walden Senior, was a star football player for the Pittsburg Steelers and his God Father is Steelers Quarterback Terry Bradshaw.
Walden II is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration and Transportation where he was a star, multi-sport athlete. In 1981-1982 at Auburn, he won championships in both Football and Basketball and even played starting quarterback as a freshman, alongside Bo Jackson. Robert Walden II often says that, “Leading a sports team to success is much like leading a business to success, it’s really about creating a unified team”.
Walden II has enjoyed a very diverse, creative and successful life in business, sports and music. Musically, he is an accomplished BMI singer and songwriter signed by the Nashville/GMR/Universal Label, has penned 3 number one hits, written numerous movie background soundtracks and performed with the popular Southern Country Rock band BADHORSE.

Doug Ranno graduated from California State University with a degree in Business Communications. He also completed the UC Davis Post-Harvest Technology Program and has served on several top agricultural boards, including The Board of Directors for PMA, United Fresh Retail Board & PMA’s Center for Developing Talent Board. He has spent a lifetime in agriculture and music building successful teams and creatively leading companies to success.
Doug has held leadership positions in companies such as Raleys, Chiquita, Green Giant, Wild Oats Markets and Colorful Harvest. He has worked in senior management roles from soil to consumer for more than 30 years and has grown startup businesses from initiation to sale in both the United States and Mexico. Doug Ranno was also the founding member of Colorful Harvest, an innovative, fresh produce business that was recognized as one of the first companies to bring colorful carrots, colorful cauliflower, sweet red corn, dark red strawberries and other premium colorful fruits and vegetables to market. Colorful Harvest was sold in 2013.
